Who is Cycling X and where are my items shipped from?
We are Australia’s bespoke cycling store. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in NSW unless specified otherwise.
Do you ship to my country?
All our orders are dispatched from Australia. We ship to anywhere in Australia for all product range. Only selected items are shipped to New Zealand. (Free shipping for orders over $150 or $20 flat rate for New Zealand customers on selected items.)
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed before 10:00AM are shipped same day. All order placed after 10:00AM will be sent next day.
We deliver to anywhere in Australia. Most deliveries take 1 – 3 business days in Metro areas within New South Wales. Interstate orders may take 3 – 5 business days.
Please note that dispatch time for orders placed on weekends may be longer as we only process orders from Monday – Friday from 9:00AM – 12:00PM.

What is the return policy?
Need to return or exchange a recent purchase? We offer 7-day return/exchange policy within Australia and New Zealand. You may return or exchange the product provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

I’ve heard that the Ventum One is very aerodynamic / fast. Where can I find more information?
When tested in race trim (with 1.4 liters of hydration), the Ventum One demonstrated significantly better aerodynamic performance (24% less drag) than the closest competing bicycle tested, the Cervelo P5. The Ventum One, with its conformal water bottle, even outperformed the Cervelo P5 with water bottles and water bottle cages removed. What frame sizes do you offer? Which size should I order? What are the Ventum One’s stack and reach numbers?
We offer the Ventum One in the following four frame sizes: 46 cm, 51 cm, 54 cm, 56 cm, and 58 cm. For more information, please refer to the Ventum One Fit Chart and Geometry page.
What is the Integrated Water Bottle?
Athletes need water, but adding traditional water bottles to a bicycle frame increases drag and reduces performance.
We designed the Ventum One to be the fastest triathlon bicycle, so we built a water bottle into the top tube of the frame. The Ventum One integrated water bottle holds up to 1.4 liters of water (about two standard bike bottles worth) and comes with a flexible drinking straw plus a bite valve, so you can re-hydrate without ever leaving your aero tuck.
The Ventum One integrated water bottle is available in your choice of eight colors (Black, Blue, Gray, Lime Green, Orange, Pink, Red, or White).
Return Policy and Refunds
When returning products to us please note the following:
- The box in which the products are packed are just as important, so please do not place any tape or shipping forms on the box or mark the box. Your return may be rejected if the box is damaged in any way.
- Shoes that are dirty, scratched or damaged cannot be returned. Please try on your shoes on a clean surface when testing them for size.
- If the product you received includes additional laces, these must be returned with the product.
- Shipping fees for returns are responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if the above policy guidelines have not been met.
You can receive a refund if you would like to return the product. The product must be returned within 7-days and be in its original condition including the original product box.
To return a product for refund, please take the below steps:
- Pack the unused product into its original box and include additional accessories (if applicable).
- Place the box with the product you are returning into another carton.
- Label the carton with our address. (Contact us for return address.)
- Mark the external box with your order number to ensure a quick refund.
Send the product to us with your preferred carrier.
Returns can take up to 7 days to reach us. They will be processed immediately when received and your refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution the refund may take longer to be credited.
If the product you are returning does not comply with our 7-day Returns Policy we will not process the refund and you will be notified by email.
